Personal Experience & Biography
I have training in cognitive behavioral therapy, crisis, relationships, and trauma. I have interests in relationships, life transitions, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, coping and life skills, and LGBTQ+.
I believe that every client is different and love to pull from all psychological theories in order to best help the individual I’m working with. I truly enjoy working alongside a client in order to develop skills that work best for them and helping them to foster growth in all aspects of their lives.
