My goal is to help clients cultivate what they feel is a life worth living.

Everyone is unique. I love to pull from a variety of perspectives, theoretical orientations, and therapeutic approaches to find the best treatment for each individual I work with. I truly enjoy working alongside a client in order to develop skills that work best for them and helping them foster growth in all aspects of their lives. My goals are to help clients find their identity through their personal growth, to help individuals from all walks of life find purpose, to help them develop confidence in themselves to assist in learning new skills and building meaningful relationships, and to give them the tools needed for success in life.

I have special interests in life transitions, grief and loss, relationships, and LGBTQ+. I have training in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), crisis, relationships, and trauma.

I’ve been working with clients since 2019. I graduated from Brenau University with a Masters in Clinical Counseling, and have earned my license as a professional counselor (LPC). I earned a bachelors of science with a minor in statistics at Kennesaw State University. I am a member of the American Counseling Association.
